4th November, Netherland- Getac is pleased to support the 4×4 Electric project team, who dared to go Electric, travelling from the Netherlands to South Africa and back with a regular electric car for 1 year. They are planning to run their car purely from solar panels to charge the vehicle battery, cook electricity, and shower with self-purified water by the car. We are delighted to partner with this truly sustainable and self-sufficient initiative, as sustainability must be intrinsically linked to the core values of technology to maximise benefits and meet customers’ expectations.
Thanks to the connectivity options of the Getac total computing solution integrated within the car, the expedition team will be able to stay in touch even in the middle of nowhere. And Gamber-Johnson LLC‘s vehicle docking will keep the device stationary even on the roughest roads.
